Elaisa Acosta, serves as our Director of Operations and Sustainability Strategy. With over 17 years of experience as a Communications Strategist, Elaisa has honed her expertise at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and communication.

With a Master's in Business Management in Sustainability, Strategy and Innovation from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Master's in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University, Elaisa has always strived for academic rigor. Currently pursuing an EdD in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Francisco, she's committed to the ongoing pursuit of knowledge and its application in her work.
